Port Columbus
International Airport Information and help desks The airport information desk is located on the baggage claim level (tel: 614 239 5029). For recorded airport information (tel: 614 239 4083). Airport Facilities News and gift shops are located on each of the concourses; Kidz Club USA is located at the entrance of concourse C and offers children's books, toys, clothing and stuffed animals. There is a selection of fast food outlets at the food court in the heart of Gateway Plaza whereas Mulligan's is a golf-themed full service restaurant with a view of the north runway. Skycap check-in is located at the north and south entrance areas and also on the baggage claim level. ATMs are located on the ticketing level. Disabled Facilities The airport is physically accessible and fitted with ramps, elevators with braille and well signposted TDD phones throughout the Terminal. There is a wheelchair service. Business Facilities The business centre is located at the entrance to concourse C, open Monday-Friday 0730-1700 and Saturday 1000-1500. Facilities include currency exchange, notary service, fax, photocopier, conference rooms, computer suites and drop-boxes for overnight deliveries (tel: 614 237 9224). Car Rental The rental car counter is located on the baggage claim level. Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National and Thrifty are all represented. Car Parking There is long and short-term parking in a parking garage close to the airport and further long-term parking at remote car parks connected to the airport by shuttles. Driving Directions The airport is located north-east of Columbus. From Cleveland: take Interstate 71 south to Interstate 270 east, follow Interstate 270 to exit 35. From Wheeling: take Interstate 70 west to Interstate 270 north, follow Interstate 270 to exit 35. From Indianapolis: take Interstate 70 east to Interstate 71 north, follow Interstate 71 to Interstate 670 east and take Interstate 670 to exit 9. From Cincinnatti: take Interstate 71 north to Interstate 270 east, follow Interstate 270 to exit 35. Public Transport & Taxis The Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) operates buses from the Departures level where taxis are also available. A pre-arranged taxi service is operated by the Washington-Dulles Transportation Taxi Dispatch Service (tel: 614 235 2000). |
